Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every Farm Couture purchase. If your item is not quite right, we are happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or a refund on eligible merchandise.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within seven days.

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• Free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant, pet hair, and other signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in their original condition

Farm Couture reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges

We offer complimentary size exchanges on eligible U.S. orders.

Farm Couture will provide a prepaid return label and cover standard shipping for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Store Credit

Returns for store credit include a complimentary prepaid return label.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Store credit does not expire and may be used on a future Farm Couture purchase.

Refunds

Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method.

A $9.95 return-shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount when using our prepaid return label.

Original expedited shipping charges, when applicable, are nonrefundable.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Farm Couture will cover all return and replacement shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale. Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Final-sale status will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.

Return Processing

Returned items are inspected before an exchange, store credit, or refund is issued.

Farm Couture is not responsible for items returned without prior authorization or for packages shipped using a label not provided through our approved return process.
