Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and shipped back within seven days of approval. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from signs of wear, and returned with original tags attached.
Complimentary size exchanges: We provide a prepaid return label and cover standard shipping for the replacement item, subject to availability.
Store credit: Returns for store credit include a complimentary prepaid return label.
Refunds: A $9.95 return-shipping fee will be deducted from refunds issued to the original payment method when using our prepaid label.
